Cancellation Policy
Payment: Avoid service fees by making payments via Zelle to contact.ballori@gmail.com under "Journey Home with Ballori LLC". Payments are due upon receipt. Bookings not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A reschedule link will be provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: No refunds will be processed for cancelled bookings.
